Custom Plaques: Your Plaque Should be designed so that it depicts what you want.
Therefore the majority of requests that we get for plaques is to first setup the layout. We have
No Setup Charges. The first step is for you to let us know what you want on the plaque. We
will set it up and E-Mail you a layout of how it will look for your approval. If you want to make any
changes let us know and we will repeat the process. Once you like the design, you can decide
how many and what size and kind and we will proceed with the order.

Artwork Requirements - Although we have numerous logos, clipart images, insignia and
more, we may still need for you to send us a copy of the logo or clipart you want on your plaque.
Since the quality of the finished product is at stake, we need good quality to produce good
quality. We can accept artwork by E-Mail but it must JPEG or Bitmap format. We can also
accept CorelDraw files. If you have a good clean black and white copy, a fax might work. The
best thing to do is contact us first to see if we have it in our system.

Quantity Discounts - Most companies offer discounts if you make orders in large quantities.
As a general rule, we do not. When I was on active duty, I never liked it when I was stationed at a
small command and we had to pay more for the same thing than a guy at a large command.
When we started this business I promised that I would price everything as though it was a large
order. In short, the discount has already been worked into the price.
